About these terms

These terms apply when you use Cattail Pets, a pet-care service operated by Shanhe Holdings Inc. in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, booking a visit, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and meet & greet

Bookings are made through your account and are confirmed once we accept them and you complete any required payment step. For new clients we usually arrange a free meet & greet first.

Cancellations and changes

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change a booking. Cancellations made with little notice may be charged in full. Specific cancellation windows are shown when you book.

Payment and HST

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are confirmed before you book. Applicable taxes, including HST, are added where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Care and liability

We provide pet-care services with reasonable skill and care, and we carry liability insurance and bonding. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Ontario.
