Cattail Pets is a pet-care service operated by Shanhe Holdings Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. What we collect

We collect only the information we need to provide pet care and run our business:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, and home or service address.
• Pet and home details: information about your pets and their routine, plus the home-access instructions you give us.
• Booking and visit records: the services you book, dates, visit notes, and the photo updates your sitter sends.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our systems.
• Messages: any messages you send us through the app, email, or our website forms.

Why we collect it

We use your information to schedule and deliver visits, match you with a sitter, take payment, send visit updates, keep your home and pets safe, respond to your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

How we protect it

Sensitive home-access details are encrypted and shared only with the sitter assigned to your booking, for the dates of that booking. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do their work.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising. We share it only as needed to provide our service:

• Your assigned sitter, so they can care for your pet and access your home for your booked dates.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as Stripe for payments.
• Authorities or advisors, if required by law or to protect the safety of a person or pet.
